Whilst scales sold have been factory calibrated, as the accuracy of scales can be influenced by external things such as gravity and shipping, The Scale Broker NZ & A&D AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD are unable to guarantee the accuracy of scales sold and subsequently affected by these factors. Scale users bear the sole responsibility to ensure scale calibration, service and preventative maintenance are conducted at regular intervals by either A&D or via an authorised A&D service agent. Upon request, A&D can provide details of “best practice” for particular products as well as details of reputable & qualified service providers.
